Guangzhou Jiechuang Information was established, with a focus on system integration and intelligentization projects, providing comprehensive solutions for government, and industry in the fields of tobacco, education and healthcare.
2011
Establishment of the Nanchang Branch in Jiangxi Province, marking the first step in the company's expansion plans; Certified as a high-tech enterprise; The born of the first generation of specialized high-performance computing core modules.
2015
Listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ), and became one of the innovative enterprises in the industry, marking the first step in entering the capital market; The born of the 2nd generation of dedicated high-performance computing platform, marking the beginning of our comprehensive productisation strategy.
2016
Formally renamed as "NEXWIS Intelligence", and acquired Beijing Ranma Interstellar; Launched public security products; The born of the 3rd generation of specialized high-performance computing platforms, which were exported to overseas markets.
2017
Established two teams of innovative talents, and two R&D centers, three subsidiaries and 15 branches.
2018
Listed as one of the supporting companies for providing public security products for the Ministry of Public Security; Being Approved to establish a doctoral workstation unit in Guangdong Province.
2019
Debut of innovative technologies at the parade marking the 70th anniversary of the founding of People's Republic of China; Obtained the CMMI ML5 certification.
2021
The project for the Guangzhou Branch of the China National Archives of Publication and Culture was approved; Official top-out of the Guangzhou Headquarter; Passed the IPO application.
2022
Listed on the GEM board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 301248); Relocated to NEXWISE Mansion for a new start.

Official release of KuberCloud and relevant products, contributing to the awarding of the 'China Construction Engineering Luban Prize' for the Guangzhou Branch of the China National Archives of Publication and Culture; Opening of the NEXWISE Valley for science and technology business incubation.

Launched the “Zhang An Xing”AI-Infrastructure Safety Intelligent Control Platform；Started a New Era for “Next-generation Intelligent Cloud”
